‘Three
in One Concepts' ®
- the way of Harmony
At the moment I am writing from sunny California where it is 101 degrees, a little warmer than the summer weather we are used to in Scotland. I am
privileged to be working with two of the world’s leading
kinesiology exponents, Gordon Stokes and Daniel Whiteside. They are the
founders of ‘Three
in One Concepts'® which is an
amazingly powerful system.
Having studied many modalities around the world I can say that Three in One Concepts ® is one of the very best. It is a system that has a number of unique features that enable us to help balance the energy systems of the person on a very deep level. What I love about ‘3 in 1’ is that it is a beautiful, gentle system that helps us make sense of the challenges that we may be experiencing in life.
Sometimes we may find that even when following a healthy diet and lifestyle, we may still be subject to fatigue, depression or deep feelings of anxiety, yet not have any conscious reason for feeling this way. With ‘3 in 1’ we are able to reveal the hidden subconscious or body issues that may be the root of this limitation, depression, anxiety or fatigue etc.
Very often difficulties or
health issues in the present have their roots in the past. With
‘Three in One’ we are able to help the body
‘tell the story’ as to why we may have the phobia,
the allergy or that mystifying digestive disorder. Three
in One Concepts ® has
long been recognised as one of the best systems in helping overcome
learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyspraxia. It can be
invaluable in defusing the emotional stress that can be associated to
the process of reading, writing and comprehension. We have a number of
teachers who have taken Three
in One Concepts ® programmes at
Harmony and are now using the techniques with children to great effect. Another
unique and fascinating aspect of Three
in One Concepts ® is Structure
Function . This area of study was researched and developed
by Robert L. Whiteside and gives us insight in to the realm of
behavioural genetics. This system, which has been scientifically
verified to be 99% accurate, reveals that our innate behaviour is
linked to and influenced by our DNA and cell structure and by analysing
these structures – such as the facial features, it can give
us insight into our true nature (personality) on a deep level. The
shape of head and face, the eyes, shape of nose and lips, hands etc,
reveal so much about our personality. In this sense the body really
does speak ‘louder than words’, however, this is
much more than face reading.
Knowledge of
Structure Function can help us recognise specific physical traits and
associated behaviours (in others and ourselves) that clash and can help
us defuse any negative emotional charge on this trait and the relevant
issues so that we can overcome our limitations and relate to one
another more easily. These skills
are invaluable for counsellors, teachers, arbitrators, managers, life
coaches, therapists, in fact anyone who would like a deeper insight
into the person, just by looking at them. In Three
in One Concepts ® we analyse
many, many structural traits to help us to a greater understanding of
our true self. Very often we are in denial of our essential self and
this can bring a great deal of unhappiness as we find ourselves being a
‘square peg trying to fit in round hole’. For
example, we can be influenced to follow the career path our parents
wanted us to have or sticking with a job just for the money, but all
the time resenting it deeply. Knowledge of traits can help us find
fulfilment in our working and private lives. Structure
Function gives us insight into our genetic blueprint. To give an
example, our structure is formed by two different sets of DNA one from
our mother and one from our father, our mother gives us the DNA for the
right hemisphere of the brain and the left side of the body and our
father gives us DNA for left hemisphere and the right side of the body.
In a practical sense, the greater the similarity between both halves of
the face, the greater the emphasis will be on consistent behaviour and
the expectation of consistent behaviour from others. The greater the
variation in the two halves of the face indicates two quite different
ways of ‘seeing’ things which leads to less
consistent behaviour. It is not that one is good or bad they are just
different! The ‘fun’ arises when we are working
with a person with traits at odds with our own.
We all have
a hemispheric variation to some degree and when we start to look
closely, we can see that we really are two different DNA determined
personalities in one There are so
many examples that could be given it is difficult to know where to
start, however, here are a few simplified observations in relation to
feeling/emotion trait areas, in this case eyebrow structure function
traits and usual behavioural preference. (The only feature that is
different in the images is the shape of eyebrows).
There are
just so many exciting facets to Three
in One Concepts ® I have
only been able to give a flavour of only 2 or three of the amazing
range of skills and knowledge that have been synthesised over many
years by Gordon Stokes and Daniel Whiteside. Three
in One Concepts ® is growing rapidly around the world; it has so much to
offer in these stressful times. It is a system of love and humanity
that really can help us to achieve our true potential and make our
lives and relationships better.
It is a great pleasure to offer these wonderful programmes in Scotland
